Topping out ceremony at the swimming pool construction site in Gdynia

Another milestone is behind us. The shell of the indoor swimming pool in Chwarzno-Wiczlino has just been completed. We were represented at the topping-out ceremony by Bartosz Wilk, Vice President of the Management Board of Polimex Infrastruktura.

"This is the first swimming pool that will have 8 lanes and will be certified in accordance with the standards of the World Swimming Federation and the Polish Swimming Association, which means that international competitions will be able to be held here," he emphasized.

The modern swimming center will include:

· eight-lane sports swimming pool

· modern changing rooms – including a family room and one adapted to the needs of people with disabilities

· swimming pool for swimming lessons

· stands for fans

"Not so long ago, in March 2026, we were laying the cornerstone and the time capsule. At that time, we already heard the contractor's declaration that everything was going according to schedule and according to the schedule. Today's ceremony proves this, so thank you very much for such efficient and professional management of our investment," noted the Mayor of Gdynia, Aleksandra Kosiorek.

We look at each stage of construction with pride and eagerly await the completion of the facility.

Completion of construction and full equipment of the facility is planned for May 2027.
