POSSIBILITIES
We specialize in the comprehensive implementation of investment projects as a General Contractor or Consortium Partner – in the construction of road and bridge infrastructure, railway lines, civil engineering and hydrotechnical facilities.
This is possible thanks to:
management and technical staff with qualifications (road, bridge, construction, sanitary, electrical, hydrotechnical)
access to crews of workers, including for bridge, road and asphalt works (entire scopes)
own resources in terms of employees for bituminous works and specialized equipment framework agreements within the Capital Group, including with producers of concrete, cement, aggregates and many other resources

Pan Jacek Szuta to doświadczony menadżer oraz inżynier budownictwa z wieloletnim stażem w branży infrastrukturalnej, od lat związany z realizacją i zarządzaniem dużymi projektami budowlanymi w Polsce. Obecnie pełni funkcję Prezesa Zarządu Polimex Infrastruktura sp. z o.o., spółki wchodzącej w skład Grupy Kapitałowej Polimex Mostostal – jednego z kluczowych graczy na rynku budownictwa infrastrukturalnego i przemysłowego w kraju.
Zanim dołączył do Grupy Polimex Mostostal, Pan Jacek Szuta zdobywał doświadczenie zawodowe w renomowanej firmie budowlanej Skanska, gdzie przez lata realizował liczne inwestycje infrastrukturalne. Swoją karierę rozwijał stopniowo – od stanowiska kierownika budowy, poprzez kierownika projektu, aż po funkcję dyrektora projektu.
W trakcie swojej pracy nadzorował kompleksowe procesy budowlane, począwszy od etapu przygotowania inwestycji, przez realizację, aż po jej zakończenie i oddanie do użytku.
Kolejnym etapem jego kariery była praca w Eurovia Polska S.A., gdzie pełnił funkcję dyrektora projektu, odpowiadając za prowadzenie i koordynację dużych kontraktów drogowych – w tym budowy autostrad, obwodnic miejskich oraz dróg ekspresowych.
Jego doświadczenie obejmuje zarówno zarządzanie zespołami projektowymi, jak i współpracę z inwestorami publicznymi i prywatnymi, co czyni go ekspertem w zakresie realizacji złożonych projektów infrastrukturalnych.
Pan Jacek Szuta jest absolwentem Wydziału Budownictwa Lądowego Politechniki Gdańskiej, jednej z wiodących uczelni technicznych w Polsce.

Mr. Bartosz Wilk is an experienced manager with years of experience in the construction sector. As a member of the Management Board of Polimex Infrastruktura sp. z o.o., his particular areas of expertise and experience include organization, restructuring, and business management. He is a practitioner in project management, sales, negotiations, debt collection, and, above all, cooperation with international partners.
Immediately prior to joining the Polimex Mostostal Capital Group, he served as General Manager at Züblin Ground Engineering LLC Dubai, a STRABAG Group company. During his time at the STRABAG Group, he was also responsible for management and restructuring at the company's branches in Denmark, the Gulf States, and Canada.
As an employee of service companies in the STRABAG group, he implemented electronic auction systems, telematics and optimized logistics and production processes.
Mr. Bartosz Wilk's interests include new technologies and their use as tools enabling the development and implementation of innovative management and business solutions.
For this reason, he devotes special attention to deepening his experience in areas such as data science, machine learning, cloud solutions and practical implementation of AI in industry.
Mr. Bartosz Wilk is a graduate of the Institute of International Relations, Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw.
