The contract has been signed – a new chapter in Zakopane is just beginning

As part of the Polimex Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. & Polimex Mostostal SA consortium, we have signed an agreement with Bachleda Termy Sp. z o.o. to implement a large recreational project in the Podhale region.
The contract was signed by:
• Albert Bachleda-Curuś – Vice President of the Management Board (investor)
• Jacek Szuta – President of the Management Board (contractor)
• Rafał Skrzypczak – Proxy (executor)
This is an investment that will change the face of local recreational infrastructure in the coming years.
The scope of work includes the construction of a modern swimming pool complex (indoor and outdoor) with full technical support, road layout, utilities, and modernization of existing infrastructure. Demolition of the existing swimming area on Powstańców Śląskich Street is also planned.
The investment is scheduled for completion at the end of 2028.
We are pleased to be part of a project that will bring a new quality to Zakopane and will serve both residents and tourists.
